    Every page a client or stakeholder opens now looks and works like the rest of the job: same headers, same lists, same chips, on every module.

    • ImprovedRFI, change order, and submittal logs read like the office logs: status tabs with counts, rows that open the record, and plain words when a list is empty.
    • NewPhotos get a real gallery: grouped by day, newest first, with a full-screen viewer you can walk with arrow keys or a swipe.
    • NewDocuments and drawings become one files area. Sheets carry their number, title, and current revision, with the revision history on record so superseded sets are never mistaken for the build set.

    • NewEvery leftover party page drops the brochure frame. Photos, drawings, documents, schedule, punch, dailies, meetings, directory, and action items use the same paper and ink as Home and RFIs.
    • ImprovedA page with nothing shared is a calm sentence, not a grid of empty boxes. Drawings stay the current set. Punch write-up still opens in place.
  4. xBuild - PMClient portal

    Owners and tenants work in xBuild, not a side door

    A client or tenant signs in and lands on their jobs, the items waiting on them, and the same RFI log the office uses, scoped to what you granted.

    • NewYour jobs opens with what needs them across every job they are on, then the jobs themselves. Invoices show only when you have shared money with that party.
    • NewThe RFI log is the real register: status, due date, click through to the question. If the RFI is in their court they can answer it. That answer does not change cost or time.
    • ImprovedThe job home for a party reads like the rest of xBuild: photos and items in court, not a separate brochure. Sharing setup stays on the job under Project Settings.
  5. xBuild - PM

    The schedule becomes the scheduler

    The Gantt chart grows into the real scheduler: open any activity in place, author its predecessors and successors, watch the whole network reflow, and hand a client a timeline whose every number tells the truth, on a phone as well as a desk.

    • NewDouble-click any bar (or tap a row in the new List view) and the activity opens right there: what and when on one tab, its predecessors and successors on the next, progress and the field note on the third. Add a dependency by picking the other activity, the link type, and the lag, and the whole schedule recalculates; a link that would loop the job back on itself is refused with a plain sentence.
    • NewActivities group under collapsible division bands with a rollup bar showing each division’s span and progress, the way a printed master schedule reads. The timeline header stays pinned while you scroll, lands every month on the real day, and every activity on the job is reachable.
    • ImprovedOne scheduler, two framings: the Gantt is the schedule, and a List toggle shows the same activities flat. Phones open on the list, with the chart one tap away; on your client’s side the same framing controls appear on their read-only view, opening on the whole job.
    • ImprovedThe project overview a client sees now draws its completion date from the working schedule itself, so the front page and the schedule tab always agree; a job running past its target says so in honest days instead of rounding to zero, and the status chip wears the color it means.
    • ImprovedDaily reports go out when the super issues them. A day being written up is a working draft, invisible outside the company until it is deliberately locked; only issued days reach a client, and a project with nothing issued yet shows no tab at all.
  6. xBid - SubxBid - CM/GC

    The bid inbox earns its keep

    Fresh invitations on demand from any desk, and an inbox that reads like a bid board: due dates on every line, filters in the column headers, and nothing overdue in your way.

    • NewAsk for fresh invitations right from the inbox. One click queues the pull, the office machine that holds the bid-board login does the fetching, and the new invitations land in the inbox a few minutes later. No walking over to the one computer that could do it.
    • NewThe inbox is a table now, the way an estimator reads one: the bid date and a days-left countdown lead every row, then the job, the GC, the trades, the drive time, and the size. The column headers filter and sort in place, and a search box covers project, GC, and town. Click a row and the whole invitation opens right there, with Start Estimate and Dismiss a click away.
    • ImprovedOverdue invitations leave the working view on their own. A bid whose date has passed is not something to scroll past; it moves to the what-slipped pile, reachable when you want the history and invisible when you are working the week.
  7. xBid - SubxBid - CM/GC

    Crews price the line

    Build real crews from your labor classes and price a line the way the work actually happens: crew hours times what that crew costs per hour, burden and all.

    • NewCrews and Labor now holds actual crews. Put a foreman and two journeymen together and the page shows what that crew costs per hour, burdened, straight from the wage table you already keep. Change a wage and every crew rate follows.
    • NewPrice a line by crew: pick the crew, enter the crew hours, and the labor dollars fall out of hours times the crew rate, right into the same bid total everything else feeds. The line remembers how it was priced, so the number is defensible when someone asks.
    • ImprovedThe estimate sheet got a polish pass: the general conditions table reads like the rest of the ledger and says when it is saving, the markup panel groups into sections you can actually scan, and if the typed general conditions figure ever drifts from what the GC table foots to, the sheet says so and offers the right number in one click.
  8. xBid - SubxBid - CM/GC

    The bid goes out the door, from the record

    Send the proposal to the GC from inside the product with a real PDF attached, and the record remembers who got it, when, and at what number.

    • NewSend it from the bid: the proposal renders as a real PDF, the send goes to the GC contact the record already knows (edit the list, say a few words, done), and the activity trail logs who sent it, to whom, when, and at what figure. One checkbox marks the bid submitted in the same act, so the paper and the record always tell the same story.
    • ImprovedAlternates finished their edges: a sub quote lump sum can ride an alternate like any line, alternates drag into the order the bid form numbers them, and a division holding only alternates says so instead of reading zero. Takeoff measurements you delete can come right back with one click, and the CM bid record gained the same Proposal tab the Sub side has.
    • ImprovedInvites got friendlier: put a name on the invitation and the person arrives with their name already on their account, and anyone added to a company that already had an account gets told, plainly, who added them and what they can see.

    Through the client's eyes, and a front door that works for everyone

    Preview any job exactly as a chosen client or sub sees it, and invite your people at any email address with a sign-in link that actually arrives.

    • NewView as a client: next to each party on the job's portal settings there is now a View as button. The whole workspace flips to exactly what that party sees, down to the byte, with a banner naming whose view you are borrowing and one click back to your own. Nothing you do in preview touches their record, and anything they could sign or submit is switched off while you look.
    • NewInvite anyone, at any address: a team member with a personal email gets a real sign-in link by email and lands with exactly the role and products you picked. Strangers knocking on the door get a polite sentence instead of a half-made account: only people someone here invited or granted can get in.
  10. xBid - Sub

    The bid day, sharpened: honest triage, spreadsheet hands, nothing lost

    The whole run from invitation to priced bid got a working-over: the inbox tells the truth, the ledger moves like the spreadsheet you came from, and passing on a job finally leaves a trail.

    • NewStarting an estimate from a bid invitation now confirms the trade first. A painting invite opens a painting ledger, framing opens on rough carpentry, and a metal-stud package that lists both framing and drywall lets you pick which division the sheet opens on. The square footage, the estimator contact, union shop, sealed-bid and confidentiality notes, and drive time all land on Project Info so you stop retyping what the invitation already said.
    • NewPassing on a bid keeps the trail: Dismiss asks why (optional, never in your way), the dismissed card remembers when and why, and the Bid Board counts your passes beside each GC on the hit-rate table without ever dragging your win rate down. A pass is not a loss.
    • FixedThe inbox countdown tells the truth. Days-left now counts from the real bid date every time you look, so an invitation past its date says overdue instead of a stale number, and one with no date says so plainly.
    • NewThe estimate ledger moves like a spreadsheet: Tab walks the cells you edit, Enter saves and drops one row down the column, and rows copied from your spreadsheet paste straight onto any division, preview first. Deleting a line is no longer forever; Undo brings the exact row back, price, crew build-up, notes and all.
    • ImprovedThe whole bid-out journey stopped freezing between clicks: every tab and page shows its shape immediately while the real numbers load. The bid record also gained a Proposal tab, so the sheet you send is one click from the ledger you priced.
    • NewThe number you sent the GC stays on the record. Every submit keeps a snapshot of the bid total, the date, and who sent it, so repricing after the fact never rewrites history: the record and the board show the sent figure beside the live ledger whenever they differ.
    • ImprovedChasing awards has a home: submitted bids show how long they have been out and when you meant to call, the board names your oldest bid still waiting, and past-due bids sitting unstarted get counted and listed in one click. The new-bid form also suggests your real clients as you type, so one GC stays one client in your hit rate.

    Minutes go out on your terms, the tenant writes up punch, and the schedule dresses for the owner meeting

    A release about the line between your office and your clients. Meeting minutes stay drafts until you issue them, and you choose which parties receive each sheet. A client can now write up punch items from their own seat with walk photos. The schedule Gantt got redrawn end to end so it reads at a glance in a meeting, and the money switches on the portal setup ask before they show a party your dollars.

    • NewMeeting minutes have a draft and an issued state. Issue Minutes opens a checklist of the parties on the job; only the parties you check see the sheet, and every issue and retract is logged. The owner conversation goes to the owner, not to everyone with a login.
    • NewA client walks their space and writes up punch items from their own seat: title, location, notes, and walk photos. The item lands in your court for triage, they keep watching it, and your register shows who sent it.
    • ImprovedThe schedule Gantt got a full redraw: it opens on the whole job in one readable frame, with Whole job, Month, Week, and Day views, month banding, weekend rhythm, a clear today line, and critical work in red. It holds up on a monitor, a laptop, and a tablet, in light and dark.
    • ImprovedThe money switches on the portal setup no longer look like the photo switch. Pay applications, change orders, and the bid carry a money tag, and turning one on asks first, naming the party and saying what they will see.
    • FixedOnly the party that holds the contract can sign a bid. Signing now checks the signing right itself, not just access to the job.
    • ImprovedA client tab with nothing in it yet says so calmly instead of showing an error page: the schedule, punch list, and drawings tabs now match the quiet cards photos and daily reports already had.
    • ImprovedWriting an RFI from the cross-job log opens the same in-place form the job register uses, with a job picker up front. No more page detours, and old bookmarks land in the right place.
    • FixedJob status chips say Awarded, Bidding, and Lead in plain words, approved change order money reads as approved instead of zero, and the projects list shows the health of each job at a glance: schedule percent, open items, overdue count, and pending change order dollars.
    • ImprovedClient photo views join the download log, so the record of what a client looked at is as complete as what they downloaded.

    Alternates, on the sheet and on the record

    Bid forms ask for a base bid and priced alternates; now the estimate answers the same way, and the proposal prints them the way the form reads.

    • NewTag any line onto a named alternate and the base bid, each add, and each deduct foot separately on the summary and the proposal, priced through your same markup so the figures add: a GC accepting the base plus two alternates pays exactly what the sheet says.
    • NewAn alternate can come off any one proposal without coming off the record. When a client asks for the sheet without the alternates, you print it clean, and the offer you made stays priced on the estimate for the day they change their mind.
    • ImprovedSubmitting stamps the number the sheet actually carried, base plus its included alternates, straight into the as-submitted record, so what you sent is what history holds.
  13. xBuild - PMxBuild - Sub

    Job-side daily drivers: photos open big, the schedule frames itself

    A round of fixes for the tools a job runs on every day: the photo library opens right where you stand, a ten month schedule is easy to move around, meeting minutes know who is on the job, and the dashboard counts what is actually under construction.

    • NewClick a photo in the library and it opens big and centered right on the page, with its caption and the date it was taken. Arrow keys walk the set, Escape closes. The same viewer your clients already had.
    • ImprovedThe schedule Gantt gets week and month views, a fit-to-job button that frames the whole network, and jump-to-today. It opens on the current work instead of the first day of the job.
    • NewMeeting minutes attendees pull from the project directory, grouped by company and labelled by role. Adding someone new files them in the directory and marks them present in one motion; a one-off name still types in free.
    • FixedActive Projects counts awarded work under construction, the way you would say it. Leads and bidding move to their own Pipeline tile.
    • FixedThe cross-job schedule list and the project schedule page now report the same percent complete for the same job.
  14. xBid - SubxBid - CM/GC

    The sub bid room, shaken down

    We ran a live sub operation through the bidding tools end to end and fixed what the run surfaced: the cost library covers the trades on the street today, the Clients list finally matches the pipeline, and the surfaces speak the sub language.

    • NewTrade cost libraries for wood framing, paint, flooring, and finish carpentry, plus a filled-in General Conditions set and the rental equipment those crews carry. Every seeded price is a reference number for current commercial work, visibly flagged for your review before it lands in a bid, never a silent guess.
    • NewAccepting a bid now files the inviting general contractor in your Clients directory and ties the bid to that record, so one company shows up once with all of its bids under it. Bids already in the system were linked the same way, so the directory fills in immediately.
    • ImprovedThe bid record leads with takeoff and quantities in Sub mode, the Bid Board and Bid Inbox agree about where you are, the breadcrumb reads as page names instead of raw addresses, and a sheet number clicks through to its drawing.
    • ImprovedOne pipeline number: the Home tile reads the exact same rollup the Bid Board uses, so the tile can never contradict the board.
    • FixedA zero-dollar item can no longer slip into a bid unnoticed: the catalog, the material book, and the add-from-catalog picker all flag it before it costs you.
    • FixedA bid invitation import with a fractional square footage used to fail the whole batch; sizes now round on the way in.
  15. Platform

    Run your own roster: your team, your seats, your call

    Company admins now manage their own people without a phone call: invite staff up to your seat count, decide who can reach which product, and keep every company setting one click away.

    • NewA Team panel inside Settings: the full roster with name, role, and which products each person can reach. Invite staff by email, change a role or product access, or remove someone, all in place. An invite becomes a working account the first time that person signs in, and the seat banner stays calm until the roster is actually over the cap.
    • NewProduct access per person: give someone the job side but not bidding, or the other way around. A page they are not granted sends them back somewhere useful, even from an old bookmark, while shared pages like Clients, the Cost Library, and Settings stay open to everyone so turning a won bid into a job still works.
    • ImprovedEvery access change is written down: who granted or revoked what, and when, in a permanent record your company keeps.
    • ImprovedCompany Settings moved inside the Settings window: name, tagline, logo, contact info, brand colors, and the proposal footer, edited without leaving the page you are on. Saving is now owner and admin only.
    • ImprovedSetting up a new company can invite its first admin in the same step, so their account and access are ready the moment they first sign in.

    The job side tightens up: Contract Time, your logo, search everything

    Signed change-order days finally land somewhere, the platform wears your logo, and one keystroke finds any record on any job.

    • NewContract Time: set the original calendar days on a job and every approved change order rolls into it. The change order log states the current figure, the CO sheets carry the Contract Time before and after each change the way the signed form reads, and the budget header shows the time beside the money.
    • NewYour logo, uploaded: pick a file in Company Settings and it lands on the portal header your clients see. PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, served safe.
    • NewSearch everything: Ctrl+K now finds jobs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch items, clients, and vendors by name or number, straight to the record.
    • NewA cost-impacting RFI hands off to a real change order: one click opens the new CO prefilled and tagged back to the RFI, so the paper trail holds both ends. If a CO already carries the impact, the RFI links to it instead.
    • ImprovedPeople with job access see their Action Items court, and every shared view sits on proper card surfaces. Adding a client or vendor warns when the firm is already in the directory, and starting a project suggests your real clients.
    • ImprovedA new mark: the framed X takes over the tab icon and the wordmark, and it follows your accent color.
