Who actually awards
Every submit and every pass is kept per general contractor. You bid them 61 times last year. Now you can prove it.
Your catalog
Material prices, assemblies, and unit costs live in your catalog. Update one and the estimates that use it follow.
Supplier quotes
Import a supplier price list and the catalog suggests the new number next to yours. It never overwrites your price on its own.
What is not here yet
This page only claims what the software does today. These are the ones you would find in the first week, so they are named here instead of in a support ticket. When they ship, this page changes the same day.
See the roadmap- No saved exclusion library. Your quals and exclusions are fields on each proposal, so the standing fourteen still get pasted in.
- No photos on the bid record. The walk date is on the calendar; the photos from it are not attached yet.
- No age flag on a catalog price. A number you set two years ago looks like one you set this morning.
